Work with me

The interesting problems live where the technology stops being the point, and the strategy begins.

Most of my work happens in that overlap: helping organisations turn what is technically possible into something that genuinely moves the business. Over the years that has meant wearing several hats, sometimes in the same week: selling, advising, building, and leading teams. The throughline has stayed the same throughout.

I am a builder by instinct, and I care as much about why something should exist as how it gets built. The best conversations tend to start there, with the real problem rather than a fixed brief, and the shape of the work follows from it.

Where I tend to be most useful:

  • Making sense of where a technology actually creates an advantage, and where it does not.
  • Turning a strategy into something a team can build, and a build into something the business can use.
  • Advising and leading through the messy middle, where strategy and delivery meet.

If any of that overlaps with what you are working on, I would be glad to hear about it. No pitch, just a conversation to start.
