About

Vinoth Haldorai

I build products, lead teams, and write about the place where technology and business strategy meet.

For the better part of twenty years I've worked at the intersection of technology and commercial strategy. On any given week I'm wearing several hats at once: enterprise seller, consultant, builder of solutions, leader of teams. The throughline has stayed the same the whole way: helping organisations turn what's technically possible into something that genuinely moves the business.

I'm a builder by instinct. I like making things (tools, products, the occasional weekend experiment) and I care as much about why something should exist as how it gets built. That's usually where the interesting conversations start.

The interesting problems tend to live where the technology stops being the point, and the strategy begins.

I also write. Most of it lives here, in Thoughts and Guides: essays on strategy and technology, and the occasional how-to. Writing is how I think things through, and publishing it keeps me honest.

These days I'm based in London, splitting my time between building, leading, and advising on the kinds of problems where strategy and technology meet. If any of that overlaps with what you're working on, I'd be glad to hear from you. Find me on LinkedIn, GitHub, or email.
